The short version
Aftertaxly's calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you type are never sent to us, stored, or shared. There are no accounts and no sign-up.
What our hosting collects
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site, keep it secure and count total visits. We look at those counts in aggregate (how many visits, from which countries). We do not build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not sell or rent any data.
Cookies
Aftertaxly does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may place a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots and attacks.
Advertising
We do not currently run advertising. If we introduce advertising in future (for example Google AdSense), this policy will be updated before it starts, because advertising providers may use cookies to personalise ads. You can control personalised advertising at any time through Google's Ad Settings.
If you write to us at hello@aftertaxly.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the NZ Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information held about you. Because we hold almost none, most requests are answered by this page — but if you have one, email us and we will respond.
