Estimates, not advice
Aftertaxly provides estimates of take-home pay and related entitlements for general information only. Nothing on this site is tax, financial or legal advice, and using the site does not create an adviser–client relationship. For decisions that matter, confirm figures with your employer, payroll provider or a qualified professional.
Accuracy
We build every calculator from official sources — Inland Revenue (NZ), the Australian Taxation Office, GOV.UK and the Scottish Government, and Revenue (Ireland) — and re-check the rates each tax year, as described on each country's method page. Tax law changes, individual circumstances differ, and errors can occur: if a figure here ever conflicts with an official source or your payslip, the official source prevails. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on these estimates, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Using the site
You may use the calculators freely for personal and professional reference. Please don't scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or present Aftertaxly's output as an official government calculation.
Changes
We may update calculators, rates and these terms as tax rules change. The version on this page is the current one.
